MODELS AND TYPES OF Elastomer Buoys :

These elastomer buoys are designed to be used during work periods, danger marking, emergency buoys or in shallow waters. Thanks to its solid construction, they are virtually unsinkable, even against a strong impact. Besides, they can withstand repeated collisions without deforming.

Its main advantage lies in its float, of high elasticity and lightweight, manufactured with closed-cell polyethylene solid foam sheet (no water absorption) and projected with a layer of coloured polyurethane elastomer.

Metallic parts of the buoy (superstructure and tail) are made from hot-dip galvanized steel, and designed to a long service life under harsh marine conditions.

They can be customized under client’s request.

Our range of EBM 15/30 elastomer buoys is particularly designed for both sheltered and open-sea waters, since they are available in diameters from 1.5 to 3 metres, able to hold heavy moorings.

Thanks to its solid construction, they are virtually unsinkable, even against a strong impact. Besides, they can withstand repeated collisions without deforming.

EBM-HV 22/30 buoys are characterized by their high-visibility superstructure. They are indicated to be deployed in places where their day mark has to be recognised from a long distance, such as landfall buoys.

Thanks to their solid construction, they are virtually unsinkable, even against a strong impact. Besides, they can withstand repeated collisions without deforming.

Their float, of high elasticity and lightweight, is manufactured with closed-cell polyethylene solid foam sheet (no water absorption) and projected with a layer of coloured polyurethane elastomer.

The high-visibility superstructure is made from marine aluminium, providing a long service life under the harshest marine conditions. They can be customized under client’s request.

Las boyas EBM-HV 24 se caracterizan por su superestructura de gran visibilidad. Están indicadas para ser fondeadas en aquellos lugares donde se requiere reconocer su marca diurna desde una larga distancia, como pueden ser las boyas de recalada.

Por su construcción maciza son prácticamente insumergibles, incluso ante un fuerte impacto. Además, son capaces de soportar repetidas colisiones sin sufrir deformaciones.

El flotador que incorporan, de gran ligereza y elasticidad, está fabricado con lámina sólida de espuma de polietileno de célula cerrada (nula absorción de agua) y proyectado con una capa de poliuretano elastómero pigmentado en color.

La superestructura de gran visibilidad está construida en acero inoxidable, proporcionando una larga vida de servicio en condiciones marinas muy extremas. A requerimiento del cliente, éstas pueden personalizarse.

Our range of wreck-marking buoys is especially indicated for both sheltered and open-sea waters, since they are available in diameters from 0.8 to 1.8 m.

Thanks to their high resistance and low weight, they are ideal for a quick installation, thus guaranteeing the correct beaconing of the wreck area. Manufactured with high-quality and resistant materials, these buoys provide a long service life under the harshest marine conditions.
