MODELS AND TYPES OF Polyethylene Buoys:

This buoy has been especially designed to be used during work periods, danger marking, emergency buoys or in shallow waters.

Float made from high-quality rotomoulded virgin polyethylene, divided into two sections. Polyethylene includes the necessary pigment that provides the colour. UV filters guarantee a stable colour protection during its whole service life. It incorporates reinforcements from the waterline to the mooring eye. To ensure its buoyancy, the float is filled with closed-cell expanded polyurethane foam.

Metallic buoy parts (superstructure and tail) are made from hot-dip galvanized steel, providing a long service life under harsh marine conditions. They can be customized under client’s request, as well as to be made from stainless steel or marine aluminium.

RBM polyethylene buoys are designed for both sheltered and opensea waters, since they are available in diameters from 1.5 to 3 metres.

The float is made from high-quality rotomoulded virgin polyethylene.

Depending on the diameter and volume, floats can be made up of several sections. Polyethylene includes the necessary pigment that provides the colour. UV filters guarantee a stable colour protection during its whole service life. Reinforcements are included from the floating line to the mooring eye. To ensure its buoyancy, the float is filled with closed-cell expanded polyurethane foam.

RBM-HV 22/30 buoys are characterised by their high-visibility superstructure. They are indicated to be deployed in places where their day mark has to be recognised from a long distance, such as landfall buoys.

The float is made from high-quality rotomoulded virgin polyethylene. Depending on float diameter and volume, floats are made up of several sections. Polyethylene includes the necessary pigment that provides the colour. UV filters guarantee a stable colour protection during its whole service life. To ensure its buoyancy, the float is filled with closed-cell expanded polyurethane foam.

The high-visibility superstructure is made from marine aluminium, providing a long service life in the harshest marine conditions. They can be customized under client’s request.

The RBM-ATV 25 has been especially designed to avoid vandalism. It is particularly indicated to be deployed in places with a high theft incidence. Thanks to its construction, it can be deployed in both sheltered and open-sea waters.

Float is made up of 4 nos. rotomoulded virgin polyethylene sections. Its conic shape makes impossible that anyone can board it. Polyethylene includes the necessary pigment that provides the colour.

Its superstructure is a galvanized-steel tube without toehold avoiding the access to the upper part and to the marine lantern. It incorporates a self-contained lantern inside the superstructure, making impossible its handling.

Our range of PBM 15/25 polyethylene buoys is designed for both sheltered and open-sea waters, since they are available in diameters from 1.5 to 2.5 metres. These buoys are characterised by their minimum maintenance.

Made from high-quality rotomoulded virgin polyethylene, filled with closed-cell expanded polyurethane foam. Polyethylene includes the necessary pigment that provides the colour. UV filters guarantee a stable colour protection during their whole service life.

Reinforcements are included from the floating line to the mooring eye. They are supplied with their corresponding ballast weights. Depending on their size, they are manufactured of several sections.

Las boyas de polietileno de la serie PBM 25 están diseñadas tanto para aguas tranquilas como para alta mar. Están caracterizadas por su mínimo mantenimiento. Fabricadas en polietileno rotomoldeado virgen de alta calidad, relleno de poliestireno de célula cerrada. El polietileno incorpora la pigmentación necesaria que le proporciona el color. Dispone de filtros UV que garantizan una estable protección del color durante toda la vida de servicio. Incorpora refuerzos desde la línea de flotación hasta el amarre. Se suministran con sus contrapesos correspondientes. Dependiendo del diámetro y volumen, los flotadores están formados por varias secciones. Construida con materiales resistentes y de alta calidad, estas boyas proporcionan una larga vida de servicio en condiciones marinas extremas.
